2021/2022 Club Information

Requirements To Join Beach Wave:

  1. AAU Membership - CLICK HERE - Print - out of AAU membership
  2. AAU Medical Release form, notarized CLICK HERE FOR FORM
  3. One-time $100 joining fee (for all new Beach Wave players only)
  4. Make first non-refundable deposit of $300, due once accepted to the team
  5. Read and turn in signed forms of the Beach Wave Handbook
    1. Handbook will be emailed after initial deposit

2021/2022 Club Tryout Information:

We will not take ANY late joiners after November 1, 2021.
Parent/Player Mandatory Meeting:
6:00 - 8:00 pm
Satellite High School Auditorium
All who are interested in playing club for Beach Wave must attend this meeting
All paperwork must be read, signed, and turned in at this meeting
2021 Club Practices days will be held twice a week starting:
Elite teams will start practicing November 2, 2021
Premier teams will start practicing November 15, 2021
Regional teams will start practicing January 3, 2022

Eau Gallie High School - Melbourne

Late Joiner? No, problem...
We will not take ANY late joiners after November 1, 2021. If you are a family that wants to join Beach Wave after both our tryouts and the mandatory meeting, don't worry. We are always giving new athletes a chance to join our Beach Wave family. First, call Coach Michelle and schedule a day for your athlete to come to a tryout during their age-appropriate practice time during the week. Then, follow the list below to officially become a Beach Wave athlete.
  • Pay your $100 one-time tryout fee 
  • Sign-up at www.AAUvolleyball.org, choosing Beach Wave as your club using Club Code WYA57C
  • If accepted to the Club, turn in paperwork found in Parents' Corner Tab
  • Pay the prorated first payment at the first practice
  • Fill out the SIZING FORM under Parents' Corner Tab
  • Make sure Coach Michelle has accepted you in the club and you are all set to play

Referral Program

Any player may refer any new player to the club and earn $50 off their tuition. The new player must accept the position and complete deposit before the player who referred them can earn the deduction from their tuition. New player must submit in writing by whom they were referred:

  1. New player's name & age

  2. Who they were referred by (name and team)

  3. Send in first payment

  4. Sign and turn in all required forms
