Natalia Schifini is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She played as a setter in one of the city’s top 1st League clubs, where she cultivated her leadership, precision, and strategic understanding of the game. 

Natalia is currently the Head Volleyball Coach at Melbourne High School and a dedicated leader at Beach Wave Volleyball Club, where she has been coaching since 2024.

 

She is passionate about developing competitive youth athletes through a holistic approach that blends skill mastery, physical conditioning, and mindset training. Now, she brings that same high-performance mindset to every team she leads.

Natalia is a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, as well as a Well-Being Coach, bringing  20 years of experience in fitness, she is also fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

Natalia loves to weave strength training, injury prevention, and mental resilience into every aspect of her coaching. She’s deeply committed to helping players thrive both on and off the court, fostering confidence, discipline, and teamwork that extend far beyond the game.
