Tryouts are over and you have been selected to play on a Beach Wave Team.
What do you do next? Have you completed all the required paperwork? Below is a list of items that you will need to complete before your athlete can play.

• New to Beach Wave? Bring tryout payment the day of tryouts

• Register for AAU using the Beach Wave Club Code (code is at the top of the website)

• Turn in a copy of your AAU card, with Beach Wave as "your club" to Director Michelle 

• Print, fill out, get notarized, and turn in your Medical Release form (due day of tryouts)

• Read and sign the entire Beach Wave Handbook. Sign once you have agreed to all terms

• Want to sponsor the Club? Print, fill out, and turn in your Sponsorship form, with your check & email the Vector image
